At Shu Incense, we do our best to ensure your orders are processed and delivered efficiently. Please read the following information carefully.


1. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our Chengdu, Sichuan warehouse.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • 48 contiguous United States
  • South Korea, Singapore, Japan
  • Australia, Canada
  • United Kingdom, Switzerland

We are unable to deliver to regions outside the above countries at this time.
We appreciate your understanding as we work to expand our shipping regions in the future.


3. Shipping Fee

A flat rate of $10 USD applies to all orders.
Shipping discounts, promotions, or free shipping may be available during special events. Please check our website for updates.


4. Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier’s schedule, typically 8–17 business days after dispatch.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.


5. Lost or Delayed Packages

After a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, Shu Incense is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage during transit.
